Alex Pecora is our stellar Senior Customer Advocate here are Patriot Construction. She has been with us since 2013 and absolutely loves working with our customers. Take it away Alex!:

What is your role at Patriot Construction? My role is the Senior Customer Advocate. I wear several hats with that title. My first priority is always making sure the customers are being taken care of and communicated with. I work along with each one of our departments in several different aspects. It’s exciting because not one day is the same.

Most memorable project at Patriot Construction: To me all of the projects are memorable, each one is different and unique in it’s own way.

What is one thing about Patriot that you wish more clients knew? How much we care about our customers. We do everything that we possibly can to make our customer’s happy. We always try and go the extra mile. When you become a part of Patriot, you become a part of the family.

What is one thing you wish clients knew about you? I genuinely care about each individual customer that becomes part of the Patriot Construction family.

What is one dream project you’d love done at your home? There’s so many do I have to pick just one?! I would love to put an addition on my home!

What is one item you need to have on you to get through the work day? My computer, without it I can’t do a thing!

What do you do for fun when not at work? Spending time with my Husband and Son and our extended family. I also enjoy singing and playing the piano.

Who inspires you and why? My son. He inspires me to constantly strive to be the best version of myself that I can.
