1. Upgrade electrical service to 150 amp.
2. Install new granite countertop.
3. Install Kemper Echo Recessed Panel with full overlay in white cabinets.
4. Knock out wall from kitchen to dining room and install new island.
5. Install new backsplash.
6. Install new windows.
7. Install new reclaimed armor oak plank floor to kitchen, dining, entryway, and hallway.
8. Open wall into living room.
9. Paint walls and ceiling.

1. Completely Gut Bathroom.

We recieving this job via a realtor refferal.  Our client’s had a unique situation where they had a speaciality loan that needed one contractor to complete all elements of the job.  Patriot Construction was able to bring various vendors together to do just that.

Our client’s were looking to update their current first floor spaces, which includes their kitchen, bathroom, and dining room.  Specifically, they wanted to create an open concept space for entertaining and everday family use.

Color choice made a big impact in this design, using whites, greys, and blacks.  The new island gives additional countertop, storage space, and allows for more fuild use between the kitchen and dining room.  Overall, we were able to meet our clients challenging banking restrictions while provoiding new first floor spaces they love!
